Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product to us, without having to give a reason for your decision.

How do I return a product?
1. Email us at epoha2206ood@gmail.com with your order number and the product(s) concerned. You may also use the withdrawal form below.
2. We will provide you with the return address.
3. Return the complete product, in its original packaging if possible, within 14 days of your request.

Return costs: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For bulky products that cannot be returned by post, the cost of returning the product may be higher.

Refunds: we will refund the price of the product and the original standard delivery costs within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or evidence that it has been sent back.

Defective or non-conforming product: contact us with photographs. In this case, the statutory guarantee of conformity applies and we will cover the costs.
